The spisebar is a Nordic brasserie with an informal casual bistro-vibe. The kitchen is rooted in contemporary and “easy-going” dishes, based on simple but delicious ingredients and locally farmed produce. Look forward to authentic gourmet “fast food” in Nordic brasserie style, which can be enjoyed in an informal setting with a lovely view of the waterfront.
